Congo Kivu Coffee
The Congo Kivu coffee is a zesty coffee with notes of sweet fruitiness as well as a citric taste. Originating from The Democratic Republic of Congo we have this high-quality Arabica coffee.
The coffee beans are washed using a wet mill & then dried on raised beds. This coffee is grown on the opposite side of Lake Kivu to its neighbouring country Rwanda. Even though it's grown so close to Rwanda its coffee is different, it has a more clean taste to it.
When you add the hot water to the coffee you can smell the aroma of the sweetness & fruitiness. Capturing your senses straight away this is a special coffee & were excited to be able to provide you with it.
The Congo Kivu coffee is best brewed in a light roast to capture the best that it has to offer, it will not disappoint.
