India Cherry Coffee
Our India Cherry coffee is a naturally processed Robusta coffee. It has flavour notes of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, cocoa & tobacco. The majority of our other coffees are Arabica coffee beans whereas this is a Robusta coffee bean. There are a few differences between the two coffee beans. One is that Robusta coffee has nearly double the caffeine! Another difference is, that Robusta coffee has less sugar than its Arabica counterparts.
So if you like a very strong coffee with plenty of caffeine, this may well be the coffee for you. Roasted Robusta coffee beans generally produce a strong, full-bodied cup of coffee. If you don't like strong coffee this may taste a little bitter compared to Arabica coffee beans.
It has also been said by some baristas that robusta coffee beans produce more crema on the coffee. Many countries around the world consider robusta coffee the lesser of the two species. This isn't the case in India. In India, they apply an equal amount of care to the cultivation of both coffee types. As mentioned before it is a natural, dry-processed coffee. In India, all high-quality dry-processed Robusta and Arabica coffees are known as Cherry.
So, if you like a strong, full-bodied, caffeine-filled coffee this is the one for you. We'd recommend you order in a dark roast & serve it as espresso. Don't forget to let us know how you found the India cherry coffee in the reviews below!

C
CoffeeLover Dark roast that has a deep smell of hay, which left me a bit unsure at the beginning. But it adds great flavor to the coffee mix overall. I’ll order it again!
