Looking for the perfect Autumn Coffee?
Whilst every season is coffee season its true that Autumn coffee is different to the rest of the seasonal coffees. With Autumn fast approaching we decided to share some of our favorite coffee's for this season with you.
The Pumpkin Spiced Latte
The Pumpkin Spiced Latte will always get a mention when talking about Autumn coffee's. Well established in the coffee industry and widely available in all coffee shops. We loved Inspired Tastes recipe for the Pumpkin Spiced Latte & we've got the perfect Cinnamon Flavoured Coffee to use when making yours.
Caramel Pumpkin Blend
Whilst we all love a good Pumpkin spiced latte sometimes it's nice to experiment a bit. For this we found Plating Pixels caramel Pumpkin Blend to be mouthwateringly satisfying. The caramel pumpkin blend has everything your traditional pumpkin spiced latte does with the added caramel to give it that oomph! For this, the Brazil Fazenda Palmital coffee is a great choice with its flavours of caramel & cocoa.
Salted Caramel Mocha
This Autumn coffee doesn't involve pumpkin believe it or not. All that's required for this beauty is caramel & chocolate syrup, sugar, sea salt, 1 shot of espresso, milk & whipped cream. For this beverage we followed the Starbucks Recipe & used our own Ethiopia Djimmah coffee for the espresso shot.
The Black Forest
This one is special, it is literally a dessert in a cup & we used food.com's recipe for this one & it did not disappoint. All you need for this one is:
- a cup of brewed coffee
- chocolate syrup
- chocolate milk
- cherry flavoured liqueur/cherry juice
- full-fat milk
- sugar
- chocolate
- cherries.
The Autumn Spice Delight
Maple Cinnamon Latte
The Irish Coffee
Last but not least on the list we have the good old Irish Coffee. The best thing about Irish coffee is there are so many variations of it so you can never get bored of it or run out of recipes! We loved Cookie & Kate's classical recipe & you will too, we enjoyed this with the Old Brown Java coffee.
So there you have it. Our 7 favourite coffees for Autumn, one for each day of the week. We hope you enjoyed the read as much as we enjoyed testing each individual coffee out for this blog. Please do let us know in the comments which was your favourite Autumn coffee & if it's not listed then mention it in the comments & we'll be sure to check it out!
